I have been asked to create an award certificate for a multicultural organization. I enjoy doing projects for the organization because they always have unique events and they let me be creative with their projects. I wanted to create a bold illustration for the award, I have seen many certificates but nothing that calls my attention to it. 

I am working on a bold, colorful and energetic style.I was recently inspired by Martin French after I found his work on Behance. I want to keep the sketch in the illustration because that has the most energy. When we start refining the sketch we start loosing the that energy. 

This is a detail of the first image I created for the award but it was to single culture and did not encompass on the multicultural directive of the organization.
